Die erste Weekend Class im Tanzwerk 3011! Ab sofort kannst du jeweils Samstags von 11:30-13h in den Heels Unterricht bei Flaminia. Der Unterricht richtet sich an Anfänger:innen und an solche, die ihre Heels Skills festigen wollen. @flamitri is a passionate dancer, who has been training and teaching internationally for quite some time now. Her heels class is a space for beginners to grow, to learn and to explore their movement and sensuality, creating an environment that is as safe as possible and focusing on being free of judgment. She combines her knowledge from different styles like street jazz, contemporary and Hip Hop. The class will focus on a good and intensive warmup, across the floor/ technique exercises, and a little choreography in the end.
